Returns
Eligible customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For customers covered by EU consumer withdrawal rights, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Return Conditions
Returned items should be:
- Unworn, except for reasonable fitting
- Unwashed and undamaged
- Returned with original tags and packaging where possible
Items may be inspected upon receipt. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted where legally permitted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the customer’s responsibility where this has been communicated before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost where required by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
For eligible EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
